All dogs are collected from their own homes and transported in our purpose- built vehicle to a fully fenced rural location near Arrowtown.
Here they can immerse themselves in the advantages of off-leash play in the expansive and undulating landscape while getting the benefits of social stimulation on an enrichment excursion. We also make sure to practice some basic obedience throughout the session, so we stay on top of our good manners. During these sessions your dog will only ever be mixed with other DDQT pack members. Your dog will then be dropped back home, having had the best day with an awesome bunch of fur buddies, very well exercised and extremely content.
About Us
Hello and Welcome - I’m Gaby and these are my fur-kids Disco the Goofy Groodle and his sidekick Moose the German Shepherd.
We've also had a Border Collie, 2 other GSD’s and a long-haired Chihuahua previously making our house a home.
I’ve dog walked and dog minded my way around the world and even met my husband through minding his friend’s dog while I was living in Europe.
Co-owning and operating a UK based Outdoor Activity Business for 12 years and living on a working farm, gave me an abundance of experience and enjoyment for working in the fresh air and in all sorts of weather conditions. Transitioning to working with dogs full-time, made perfect sense, as I soon realised this is where I’m at my happiest and completely in my zone.
Upon moving back to Australia, I established Disco Dogs Noosa in the gorgeous Sunshine Coast, Hinterland. The business was born from my insatiable love of our four-legged friends and also being unable to find someone I trusted implicitly to care for our pup Disco. I wanted him to have plenty of outdoor exercise and social stimulation while in a secure environment.
Unable to find such a service at that time, I created it. Providing the dogs of Noosa with exactly what I had wanted for Disco.
So, now Disco Dogs Queenstown is here to offer your dog the opportunity to join our exclusive pack and have some fun.
